Video engagement platform for the customer lifecycle
From first touch to long-term loyalty, make every video more personal, measurable and impactful. Create, personalise, share and measure video across marketing, sales and customer success, all from one platform.
No card. No install. Your viewer doesn’t need an account.
Record your screen with your face in the corner. Use your browser or the Chrome extension.
Each person gets their own page and link, with their name on it. One person or a whole list.
Get an alert in Slack, HubSpot or your inbox when they watch, with a score and a follow-up drafted.
One customer lifecycle. One platform.
Put tracked video on your campaigns and landing pages, capture leads, and see which pages and videos get watched.
Send personal outreach, demos and proposals, see who watches and what they replay, and follow up with the people who are ready.
Give each new customer a personal walkthrough, and see who watched and who hasn’t started.
Share product updates and renewal summaries with each account, and see who engaged before you talk expansion.
The same video, personal page and tracking work at every stage, so what one team learns the next can use.
The problem
Marketing
creates videos but struggles to connect engagement to pipeline.
Sales
sends videos but can’t see what each prospect cared about.
Customer success
repeats the same explanations and onboarding walkthroughs.
Account teams
miss chances to use video to start expansion conversations.
The result: disconnected experiences, scattered insights and missed chances to engage customers better.
The difference
Engagement is a useful signal, not proof of buying intent. “Opened 3 times” could be a spam filter; a watched video and a click can’t.
Cliprame brings creating, personalising, sharing and measuring video into one place, so each team makes meaningful video experiences and sees what happens next.
All featuresScreen and camera in one take, a private teleprompter, edit by deleting words, the Chrome recorder and AI talking points.
A page for every person with their name and company, AI-written company research, and a voice-over that greets each by name.
Links, a Video button in Gmail, embeds on your website, sequences in Apollo, lemlist and Instantly, and your own domain.
Who watched, how much, what they replayed, page heatmaps, attention and a lead score for each person.
Alerts in Slack, HubSpot and Salesforce, lead forms, replies and bookings, follow-up drafts, and what closes deals on Enterprise.

Alerts
A simulation with sample people and a sample video. The score and next step use the same rules as the product.
Screen and camera together, with your notes on a teleprompter only you can see. Fluffed a line? Delete it from the transcript and the video closes the gap.
Every prospect gets their own page with their name and company on it. Insert it from Gmail, copy a ready email with a moving thumbnail, or send the whole list into your Apollo, lemlist or Instantly sequence.
An alert the moment they press play. Then each visit in order: how far they got, what they rewatched, what they read on the page and clicked, with a score and the next step so you call the right people first.
Record one video, then paste a list or upload a CSV of prospects, customers or accounts. Each person gets their own page: the same video, with their name, their company’s logo and wording written for them, plus an email with a moving thumbnail that greets them by name.
“Viewed” tells you nothing. Open any prospect and see each visit in order: how much of the video they watched and rewatched, how far they scrolled their page, which section held them and what they clicked. Then a score and a next step, so your follow-up talks about what they cared about.

The best time to call is two minutes after they watched. Cliprame tells Slack, HubSpot or your CRM when someone starts, finishes, clicks, fills in a form or books a call. Once per viewing, never twice.

Here’s what week one looks like
Hi Marcus, so um, basically here’s the plan for week one.
Send people to your product page with the video on it. Each link carries a short code, so views are still named.
Video pages at your own address instead of ours, with HTTPS set up for you. On Enterprise.
The Chrome extension covers emails, card numbers and API keys before the tab is recorded.
Nothing to install, nothing to code. Paste a link or a token and send a test.
Put a tracked video on your landing pages with a form in front and UTM source passed to HubSpot. See which pages get played, how far visitors scroll to the video, and which accounts never pressed play.
Record one demo video and send it to your whole list, each person on their own page. Start the day with the people who scored hot.
Send every new customer a personal walkthrough. See who watched, who hasn’t started yet, and fix the video in place when the product changes.
Share updates and renewal summaries with each account, and see who engaged before you start the expansion conversation. On Enterprise, see which behaviours go with won deals.
More on pricing.
Cliprame is a video engagement platform. You record or upload a video, give each person or account their own tracked page, share it by link, email or your website, and see who watched, how much and what they did next. Marketing, sales and customer success teams use it at different stages of the customer journey.
No. Sales teams use it for outreach, demos and proposals, marketing teams for tracked videos and lead capture on landing pages, customer success for onboarding and walkthroughs, and account managers for product updates and renewals. It is strongest today for sales and marketing; onboarding and expansion use the same personal pages, tracking and alerts rather than separate tools.
No. They open the link and press play. If you’ve locked the video or added a form, they enter the PIN, confirm their email or fill in the form first.
Every person you send to gets their own link, made one at a time or for a whole list in a campaign, so their views are attributed to them. That works on your own website too. With email codes or a form, viewers are named by the address they gave. Everyone else is grouped by browser.
How much of the video was played and replayed, how far down the page the person scrolls, how long each section is on screen and where they click, shown as a heatmap and visit by visit for each person. It never records what they type or their screen, and browsers with Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track turned on aren’t measured.
Yes. Edit it in Cliprame and update it in place: everyone with the link sees the new version, your analytics stay, and the previous version is kept for 30 days in case you want it back.
No, you send from your own email or outreach tool, so replies come to you. Cliprame gives you a ready email for each person, a Video button in Gmail, a CSV for mail merge, or sends your list straight into an Apollo, lemlist or Instantly sequence.
Yes. The share page says that you can see how the video is watched. Browsers with Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track turned on aren’t tracked at all.
Insights: one place for the whole workspace, with filters you can save, comparisons between periods or videos, the campaign funnel, how many people come back, and the Salesforce or HubSpot deals where someone watched a video first. It can also email a branded report to your team or your clients every week or month.
Yes. A form can post to a HubSpot form or any URL (Salesforce Web-to-Lead, Pardot, Zapier), with hidden fields like UTM source filled in for you.
You can start free with five hosted videos, the full analytics, lead forms, one Slack, HubSpot or webhook alert and campaigns of up to 25 people. Paid plans host more and longer videos, add video locks and all your integrations, and run campaigns of up to 500.
From the first time someone discovers your brand to every interaction after they become a customer, Cliprame helps you build stronger relationships through video.
