Use case · Account-based

Account-based outreach, with a page for every account.

In account-based selling you reach several people at one company and need to know who is engaged. Cliprame gives each person their own page, then groups everyone from the same company so you see who watched, who else is involved and who passed it on.

No card. Your prospect doesn’t need an account.

The problem

One account, several people, one view.

A deal is won by a group, not a contact. You send to two or three people at each account and need to know who read it, who forwarded it and who is missing.

Most tools show one viewer at a time. Cliprame groups viewers by company, so an account is a single row you can act on.

How it works

Three steps with Cliprame

  1. Step 1

    Add your target accounts

Upload a CSV with two or three people per company. Each gets their own link and page, with their company on it.

  2. Step 2

    Research each company

AI reads each company’s own website and writes why your offer fits it. You review it before it goes out.

  3. Step 3

    Watch the account

Open Companies to see everyone from one company together: who watched, who passed it on and who to talk to next.

What you get

What you see at account level

  • Companies, not just contacts

Everyone from the same company in one place, with each person’s score and what they did.

  • Who passed it on

A second person on another network or device is flagged as probably forwarded, and colleagues can introduce themselves for their own page.

  • New people at the account

When a colleague opens a forwarded link and says who they are, they get their own page and you see who they are.

  • A “Why {company}” section

Specific to each company, from their own website, so the page reads as written for them.

  • The next step for each person

Call now, ask who else is involved, or follow up, with a “Follow up with these today” list.

  • In your CRM and in Slack

Salesforce and HubSpot get an activity for every watch, click and booking. Slack tells your team the moment someone watches.

Good practice

Getting the most out of it

  1. Start with 20 accounts, not 200. A page per person is worth more when the list is tight.
  2. Send to two or three roles per account. A champion, a decision maker and someone who will use it.
  3. Personalise the note, not just the name. Mention something specific to the account in the message under the video.
  4. Watch who forwards. A forward is a stronger signal than a view. Reach out to the new person.
  5. Call on signals. When someone at the account watches to the end or replays pricing, follow up the same day.

What to know first

  • Cliprame does not find contacts, enrich accounts or provide intent data. You bring the list.
  • It does not send the emails. You send from your own inbox or sequence.
  • Company research needs work email addresses. Gmail and Outlook addresses have no company site to read.

Questions

Can I see everyone from one company together?

Yes. The Companies view groups people by their email domain, so you see who watched, who else is involved and who passed it on.

Can I send to several people at the same company?

Yes. Each person gets their own link and page, and their views are attributed to them while the account view puts them together.

How do I know who forwarded the video?

A second person watching from a different network or kind of device is flagged as probably forwarded. A colleague who opens a link can also introduce themselves and get their own page.

Does it log to Salesforce or HubSpot?

Yes. Salesforce gets a completed activity on the matching Lead or Contact for every watch, click and booking, and HubSpot gets a note on the contact’s timeline. You connect them with your own credentials.

Does Cliprame find the contacts for me?

No. You bring the list from your CRM or a prospecting tool, and Cliprame builds the pages and tracks the results.

One page per person, one view per account.

Upload your target accounts and see who is engaged.
